The EQ Patch can be applied to specific points on the body to improve digestion and promote better energy circulation. By applying the patch to points A, B, and C, you can support digestive health and enhance your body’s natural energy flow. Follow these simple instructions:

Medium Patch (Above the belly button)

Location: Place the patch directly below the sternum (breastbone), where the rib cage ends. It’s about 4 to 5 inches above the belly button.

Benefit: Applying the patch here helps promote healthy digestion and relieve stomach discomfort. It also supports the energy flow throughout the organ system, helping you feel more energized.

Large patch (Below the belly button)

Location: Place the patch about 3 fingers’ width below the belly button.
